The good streak on the dairy products market continues

Good news for the dairy sector comes from overseas again. Quotations of dairy products on the New Zealand Global Dairy Trade exchange have increased once again.

Session of February 6 this year. on the Global Dairy Trade exchange ended in positive territory again. The value of the general price index this time increased by 4.2%. This is the fifth consecutive increase in prices.

The increase in the general price index translated into an increase in the prices of most available categories of dairy products. The largest increases were recorded for butter (+10.3%) and Cheddar cheese (+6.3%). However, the decrease occurred only in the case of Mozzarella (-1.8%).

The decline in the sales volume of dairy products is slowing down
