
From July 3, farmers with pigs can submit applications for de minimis aid for a 100% refund. expenses incurred this year. for biosecurity activities, the Ministry of Agriculture announced on Wednesday.
Expenditures subject to reimbursement include:
- purchase of disinfection mats;
- purchase of equipment for disinfection, disinfestation or rodent control treatments, as well as biocidal products and disinfestants;
- purchase of protective clothing and safety footwear.
In addition, costs incurred are reimbursed if buildings where pigs are kept are secured against access by pets. The reimbursement of costs also applies to the reconstruction or renovation of premises in order to keep pigs on the farm in separate, closed rooms with separate entrances and without direct passage to other rooms where other ungulates are kept. This type of support applies to farms that keep no more than 50 pigs on average per year.
Applications should be submitted to the head of the ARiMR district office by July 26, 2024. The application form will be available on the Agency’s website (www.arimr.gov.pl).
The application for aid should be accompanied by: invoices or copies thereof regarding the incurred expenses and statements or certificates regarding de minimis aid.
