Just by looking at the photo, everyone knows that it’s not about a combine harvester. But the EU also had its Bison and you can safely write that: “The Bison is back.”
This year, after five years of absence, the Bizon reloading wagon returns to the offer. In fact, it would be a good statement that the Bizons are back in the offer, as they will be offered in three versions.
The smallest version, Bizon 16 with a capacity of 16m3, was presented at the fair in Kielce. The larger model, i.e. Bizon 25 with a capacity of 25 m3, is a machine with a tandem chassis with a rear steering axle, and the largest Bizon 36 has a capacity of 36 m3 and a three-axle chassis with front and rear steering axles.
Common characteristics
All reloading trailers, regardless of capacity, have two augers in the floor for transporting grain and an unloading pipe with a diameter of 50 cm. The augers are driven by the tractor’s PTO shaft and can operate at 540 and 1000 rpm. The maximum unloading speed is 500 t/h.
As an option, you can order a hydraulically adjustable discharge pipe tip. For easy cleaning of the vehicle, the augers have sliders that can be opened during cleaning. The apertures dosing the amount of material transported by the screws are hydraulically adjusted. As an option, the reloading wagon can also be equipped with a weighing system with an optional printer and a tarpaulin. All models are adapted to reload mineral fertilizers.
Full homologation
All Bisons, regardless of the model, have amortized axles suspended on springs. 800 tires can be installed as an option. Dual-circuit brakes are standard and full homologation enabling driving on public roads.
The smallest trailer has a ladder at the back of the machine for tank inspection, the larger ones have a ladder with a balcony.
