Contract sowing prices can vary depending on many factors, such as the type of crop, the type of machine used for sowing, the availability of machinery and the specialist skill of the operator. Differences between regions also result from soil conditions.
We checked the current prices with service providers.
Corn sowing rate 2024
Depending on the advancement of the equipment (usually the tractor works with GPS), the rates are as follows (PLN/ha):
- Greater Poland PLN 140-200
- Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship PLN 180
- Masovian Voivodeship PLN 160
- Lubelskie PLN 200
How much for sowing grain in 2024?
In most regions, prices are between PLN 250 and 300/ha.
For example, in the province Masovian Voivodeship, for the service with a Kverneland seeder with a power harrow, depending on the soil (sand or clay), we will pay PLN 250 or 300 respectively from one of the service providers.
For no-plough strip sowing, the price starts from PLN 300 and up. For example, in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie ODR quotations, the highest price for a service in this technology is PLN 450/ha.
What influences the price of agricultural services in 2024?
- Area to be planted: the larger the area, the lower the price per hectare, as fixed costs can be spread over a larger area.
