Packaged coal purchased in the PGG e-shop to be collected at the mine.  Since when?

Packaged coal offered in bags, pallets and big bags in the PGG e-store can now be collected directly at points at the mines, using all available payment methods, including installment sales. PGG introduced this option on March 26 this year.

So far, coal in pallets or big bags could be collected from the mine only by purchasing it directly at the mine’s sales point and paying in cash. In the case of purchases via the PGG e-store, only individual bags could be collected at the mine.

However, packaged coal purchased in an e-shop, weighing 1 ton or more, was necessarily delivered by courier directly to your home.

Only packaged coal that can be collected directly from the PGG mine

From March 26 this year, packaged coal can be purchased in the PGG e-shop using all available payment methods, including installment sales, and collected directly at the mine’s sales point.

Recently, we have made it possible for our clients to change the payment method themselves – add PGG experts. – We would like to remind you that from March 1, you can also pick up the ordered goods in the PGG online store. via courier or KDW is very simple. Paper documents have been completely eliminated.

Buyers no longer have to provide the courier or KDW warehouse staff with any personal data, they just need to provide the pickup code.

Can I buy coal cheaper in the PGG e-store with the purchased PGG discount code?

The invoice is available on the customer’s profile in the PGG e-store, and the excise declaration is included on the invoice. All you need is a customer of the PGG store. enters your e-shop account, downloads and confirms receipt of the invoice.

Unfortunately, coal offered in bulk can still only be picked up at your nearest KDW or ordered home delivery service.
