How did the mild winter affect rapeseed and the bees that pollinate it?

This season we experienced the interesting phenomenon of a mild winter and a warm and wet spring. Thanks to what can be seen with the naked eye in the fields, rapeseed vegetation is accelerated. We asked an expert, retired deputy editor-in-chief of the Farmer monthly, Wojciech Konieczny, to comment on the impact of such weather patterns on rapeseed and the bees that pollinate it.
