The German company Nexat GmbH, although its machine carriers are not among the cheapest agricultural machines, does not stop its efforts and is gradually increasing sales. This time, the Nexat carrier with the Nexco harvesting module was delivered to Brazil.
Brazil is the largest country in South America, famous for its love of football, samba and coffee cultivation.
Brazil thrives on agriculture
Brazilian agriculture is plantation farming – this country is a leader in the cultivation of coffee, sugar cane, bananas, beans, rice, tobacco, wheat, sunflower, cotton, sugar beet, sisal agave and oil plants, mainly soy – and extensive animal breeding. Although it is based on small, semi-subsistence farms, approximately 1/3 of the area of agricultural land is owned by large farms.
And one of them received – another one in Brazil – a Nexat machine carrier with a Nexco module.

Nexat with the Nexco harvesting module will be useful for the Brazilian harvest
A Nexat machine with the most interesting specification has arrived in Brazil, with a Nexco combine harvester module – Nexat Combine.
– This is a great step for agriculture in Brazil! We are proud that another Nexat with the Nexco harvesting module has arrived in Brazil. The key was to carefully prepare and secure Nexat for a long journey. Every detail has been precisely planned to ensure smooth arrival. After successfully loading onto the ship, Nexat set off on its journey across the ocean. We made sure that our machine reached its destination safely – says the press release from the German manufacturer.
The Nexat – Nexco duo arrived in Brazil before the local harvest, fully ready for it, taking a great step forward and constituting a milestone in the history of local agriculture.

Nexco is a high-performance harvesting module developed by Germans
The Nexco harvesting module was developed entirely by Nexat and, as the manufacturer claims, it “opens a new dimension in harvesting technology.” Looking at its parameters, it is difficult to disagree with this statement.
The power of the engines of the Nexat system carrier is 1,090 HP, and the Nexco module adds another impressive 15 meters of cutter bar width, a grain throughput of 120-200 tons per hour, a tank with a capacity of 32 m3, an unloading speed of 650 l/s, which guarantees unloading in in less than one minute.
The 5.8 m long rotor mounted transversely to the direction of travel is responsible for threshing and separation. This innovative solution allows the cut plant mass to be introduced centrally into the rotor, which then divides it into two streams – the advantages include approximately twice the threshing efficiency ( compared to conventional combine harvesters) and even distribution of crop residues with the help of two shredders.
Finally, let us write that cutterbars for the Nexat Nexco are provided by such renowned manufacturers as Geringhoff, MacDon, Argentinian Franco Fabril and Brazilian GTS.
