The solution will have a positive impact on maintaining the continuity of financing of agricultural activities and ensuring further use by farmers, among others. from government programs.
The most important solutions
- The provisions of the Consumer Credit Act will not apply to credit agreements concluded with a natural person who runs a farm.
- The new rules will remove restrictions on access to finance for farmers that result from increased costs, additional bureaucratization and legal uncertainty when it comes to granting loans with public support.
- The solution will prevent farmers from temporarily blocking or limiting their ability to use, for example, loans that are covered by subsidies from the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture. The new regulations will also affect the continuity of financing of agricultural activities.
The proposed solutions are to enter into force 14 days after their announcement in the Journal of Laws.
