
Today’s quotations on the Danish stock exchange for weaners have brought changes in rates for weaners with lower health statuses.
Weaner prices in Denmark have increased
Today’s quotations on the Danish weaner stock exchange brought changes in rates. After eight weeks of stagnation, there have been increases, although they concern lower health statuses.
Weaner pigs with a negative PRRS status were valued at DKK 595.00/piece, and pigs with a positive PRRS status at DKK 585.00/piece. The rates apply to weaners weighing 30 kg.
Compared to the prices from the same period last year (week 06), the current prices for weaners are higher by 20-35 DKK/piece. depending on health status. Compared to last week, the current rates for weaners with a negative PRRS status have not changed, while in the case of animals with a positive and conventional PRRS status there has been an increase of DKK 10/piece.

Current rates for Danish weaners (01/02/2024)
The rate for weaners with negative PRRS status is: DKK 595.00/pcs, i.e. PLN 345.16/pcs., compared to PLN 349.44/pcs. last week.
The rate for weaners with a positive PRRS status is: DKK 585.00/pcs, i.e. PLN 339.36/pcs., compared to PLN 337.70/pcs. last week.
The rate for weaners with conventional status is DKK 560.00/pcs, i.e. PLN 324.86/pcs., compared to PLN 323.02/pcs. last week.

These rates will be valid in Denmark for the next week.
