Polish premieres of Deutz-Fahr 5 Keyline, Valtra S series, LS Tractor MT 7.101, Steyr Plus, TAFE 7515 and Manitou electric loader. In addition, there are plenty of new tillage machines, including a large number of weeders. There is something to see, there is something to look at.
On the first day of the Agrotech fair in Kielce, which started at 10 a.m., we met a lot of machines and even more people. There was also a minister, but we wrote about it in our other materials (the conference was also broadcast on our Facebook).
As always, Friday is mainly about industry meetings, a lot of conversations and the presence of the ubiquitous school trips. Can salespeople be satisfied? There were probably a lot of real customers – but there is still Saturday and Sunday ahead of us, which will show how popular this year’s fair is.
New Deutz-Fahr, new Valtra
The stars of the fair include, among others: Deutz-Fahr 5 Keyline, placed somewhere between the 5D Keyline series and the classic and better-equipped 5 series. Under the hood there is a 4-cylinder engine with a power of 75 to 106 HP, quite good equipment and a good price (compared to the competition). The copy from the 5095 Keyline fair costs PLN 208,000. PLN and was sold before the fair began in earnest.
A slightly different premiere is the Valtra S class, the most powerful tractor of the Finnish brand, which can reach up to 420 HP. Orders can now be placed.
Steyr premiere
The competition for the 5 Keyline will be Steyr Plus, replacing the Kompakt series in the Austrian brand’s range. The tractor is characterized by a huge windshield with a quite large sunroof. Nothing obstructs the view at the front, even at the bottom, near the front wheels. Both the tool boxes, the tank and the exhaust (in the shape of the letter “U”) are arranged in such a way that the operator has excellent visibility between the hood and the wheels. This may be useful when working, for example, with a front loader. In addition, there are changes inside, such as new switches and a digital instrument cluster, where key operating data is clearly displayed and information can be easily monitored. In addition, a mechanical cabin suspension was introduced. For dessert, there is a 12-inch screen.
Plus will be offered in five versions with power ranging from 80 to 120 HP. Under the hood we will find 4-cylinder FPT F5 engines with a capacity of 3.6 liters.
A tractor from LG, i.e. LS Tractor
So far, on the Polish market, LS Tractor, owned by the LG group, sold equipment with a power of approximately 40 – 60 HP. At Agrotech you can see premiere tractors with power of 73 and 101 HP. The larger MT 7.101 looks really interesting, has an FPT engine and can be equipped with a 24/12 Power Shuttle transmission. Price approx. 205 thousand. PLN net.
Other “Koreans” include: Kioti HX 9010 and TYM T78 in a new design, shown for the first time in Poland. It must be admitted that tractors from Korea have become really nice.
Even more equipment
This is not the end of machines. You can exchange it for a long time. There are TAFE and Ferrari tractors that are little known on the Polish market, and the Romanian Irum has appeared again. Basak 5120 was also shown, as well as well-known companies on the Polish market, such as Zetor, John Deere, Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Landini, McCormick, Farmtrac, Lovol and Arbos.
Case IH and Steyr have a large stand, as usual. In addition to the Plus, you can also see the Terrus 61340 CVT. From Case IH, the Puma with a painting inspired by the Aprilia team is particularly interesting.
A lot of equipment is presented by companies such as Horsch, Kuhn, Amazone, Krukowiak and Raiffaisen Warren. Euromilk, headed by EM Birtugan, also showed its large machines.
For the first time in Poland, the Krukowiak Hercules self-propelled sprayer was shown in new gray and red colors. It looks really good.
At the stand of Wanicki – a John Deere dealer, in addition to tractors and a combine, there is also a corner of precision farming and a new Monosem seeder.
Many new products were presented by companies producing cultivation equipment. There are especially many weeders, including: Polish premiere of the Ullman optical cultivator.
