Payment of fees for surface eco-schemes has started

On Tuesday, March 5, ARiMR started paying amounts due under surface eco-schemes.

By March 5, 2024, the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture transferred PLN 1.63 billion as final payments for direct and area subsidies for 2023. This amount also includes money paid under surface eco-schemes, the Agency informs in a press release.

In 2023, 1.24 million farmers applied for direct subsidies, and the amount of funds allocated for them is nearly PLN 17 billion. From October 16 to November 30, advance payments of direct and area payments for 2023 were paid. During this period, almost PLN 9.2 billion was transferred to the beneficiaries’ accounts.

Final payments are made from December 1 – by March 5, ARiMR paid them in the amount of PLN 1.63 billion, including money for farmers who submitted a declaration of conducting practices under area ecoschemes. Further payments in this respect have been planned for the coming days. However, due to the unfinished reference periods for some variants, those applying for well-being support must wait until April to receive the funds.

How much money can you apply for from ARiMR in March?

The deadline for issuing a decision on the granting of direct and area subsidies for 2023 is May 31, 2024, and the payments in this respect should be completed by June 30, 2024. It is worth for those waiting for money to check whether ARiMR has the correct numbers bank accounts. If the account is inactive, the money will not be transferred successfully.
