There are ways to increase subsidies within the current EU agricultural budget in Poland. First of all, eliminate subsidies for pseudo-birds, plants and all pathological ecology. Subsidies for meadows must be linked to animal production. Ecological subsidies must be linked to the invoiced sale of organic certified produce such as cereals, fruit and vegetables to certified processing and purchasing entities. And in the case of retail sales, confirmed by cash register receipts and account receipts. This will exclude the sale of fallow hay. Only for 20 years there has been no political will because half of these simulated subsidies for the Bieszczady and Masurian meadows are taken by Warsaw. secondly, restore the freedom of farm farming as in pre-EU times, with full liberalization of the right to slaughter and sale of products processed by such small farms. The only obligation should be electronic notification of slaughter, sanitary certification of the premises, mandatory trichinosis testing and testing of product samples for the presence of salmonella, botulinum bacteria and prohibited harmful substances. Such action could be carried out by PIW. The quality and reliability of such activities would be verified by the market itself. Unfortunately, this is blocked by the industrial lobby. Regards
