Hivekit, a UK and Germany-based developer, has introduced a compact version of its operations software for on-site use without internet connectivity. This enables farmers and agricultural operators to truly own their data, be independent of third-party services, and operate locally under any conditions.
This software is available globally.
Hivekit integrates asset, staff, and vehicle tracking with metrics and sample collection, presenting all gathered data in a 3D representation of your farm. This includes moving vehicles and farm staff, harvest performance, soil sample overlays, and customized dashboards for each asset type.
It can easily be integrated with both vendor specific apps and platforms and custom build data endpoints. It is simple to adopt and roll out, and all its data accessible through its powerful realtime API that provides a scalable backbone for a producer’s custom apps and integrations.
Farm managers can also assign tasks and issue commands through Hivekit, which translates them into specific instructions and sends them to farm staff and machinery via its mobile app. Additionally, Hivekit enables the automation of recurring processes using simple macros. For example, Hivekit can assign the nearest staff member to refill a machine, eliminating the need for the farm manager’s intervention.
