The Ukrainian company Kobzarenko’s interesting production program includes, among others: Atlant universal trailers with a sliding wall, which can also be used to spread lime or organic fertilizers, and also be used as reloading vehicles.
Kobzarenko Atlant trailers are machines with large capacities and payloads, built on tandem and tridem chassis, using renowned ADR axles and triple parabolic leaf springs.
Kobzarenko Atlant is suitable for many tasks
At the last Opolagra exhibition in Kamień Śląski, at the stand of Rakun (the main distributor of Kobzarenko in Poland), you could see the Atlant TZP-27 trailer prepared for the installation of various types of adapters.
– It is a universal trailer that can be fitted with many adapters for multiple uses. Without adapters, it can be used as a volume trailer for transporting green fodder or cereals and root crops, but an adapter can be used for reloading cereals, the so-called a snake and at this point it may be a reloading trailer. You can also use the adapter for spreading lime, manure and all organic fertilizers – explains Waldemar Kondracki from the above-mentioned company Rakun.
However, Atlanta’s possibilities do not end there, and subsequent additions are not so obvious.
– In addition, we have a belt adapter for reloading beetroot onto cars or a pile, and another novelty, an adapter for green fodder, which can be reloaded to other means of transport – adds Kondracki.
The offer includes several models of Kobzarenko Atlant trailers
The universal Kobzarenko Atlant trailer has several load box capacities, i.e. models TZP-22, 27, 35 and 39. The latter is on a tridem chassis with a load box volume of 44 m3 without extensions, and with them up to 50 m3.
– The TZP-27 trailer, shown at the Opolagra exhibition, has a load capacity of 22-22.5 tons of dry grain and this is a technological load capacity, because it is homologated – due to the regulations in force in Poland, where we determine the total weight minus the dead weight and using pressure on the axles that are permissible in our country, i.e. 9 tons per axle – it will be about 18.8 tons – continues the representative of Rakun.
Kobzarenko machines with Atlant sliding wall, in addition to the above-mentioned adapters, can also be equipped with additional extensions or tires of various sizes and are approved for movement at a speed of 50 km/h.
– The maximum we can use is 800/26.5 tires, but the most optimal is the 650/55R26.5 tire as in the exhibition model, because it does not interfere with driving, for example, through the overrun scale, which is at ground level. Wider tires may distort the result because they protrude beyond the scale outline, he adds.
In addition, it is possible to order the discussed machines with a steering axle (in the case of the tridem, we have two steering axles as standard) and the possibility of using forced steering – we then have hydraulic cylinders that are controlled from the tractor beam. The standard feature is a cushioned (oil accumulator) and adjustable drawbar.
How much does the Kobzarenko Atlant trailer produced in Poland cost?
Kobzarenko Atlant trailers have been leaving the production plant located in Żłobnica in the Bełchatów district for several years. The richly equipped Atlant TZP-27 model costs less than PLN 50,000. euro net, and the adapter for spreading lime 16 thousand. net euro. The latter is also produced by Kobzarenko using Italian Grazioli gears and, depending on the material, can throw it in the range of 18-24 m.
– The exhibition unit is prepared for adapters, i.e. it has a set of shafts, hydraulics and the so-called rear wall overload sensor – if something starts to pile up between the sliding wall and any adapter, the torsion shaft starts to unscrew, reaches the sensor and disconnects the sliding wall hydraulic drive for 2.5 seconds – this should be enough to loosen the mass, and if not this stops the wall, preventing damage to the entire sliding wall system or the adapter – concludes Waldemar Kondracki.
Atlant TZP-27 without preparation for adapters costs approximately PLN 47,000. net euro.
