Good news comes from the German small trading floor. Today’s auction finally ended with a significant increase in the bid. It was as much as 10 eurocents higher than on Tuesday’s quotation.
This is the first significant price change since mid-March. Since then, fluctuations on the small trading floor have been symbolic, and the bids ranged from EUR 2.26 to EUR 2.32 per kilogram.
Today’s auction finally brought a sudden increase in prices. Compared to Tuesday’s quotation, today’s session ended with a result that was as much as 10 eurocents higher. During the auction, the animals were auctioned at a price of EUR 2.37 per kilogram. This is the highest rate since mid-August last year.
A very limited number of animals were offered during the auction. These were 3 batches of fattening pigs with a total of 485 pigs. All exhibited animals were sold.
Converted into the national currency (according to today’s euro exchange rate: 1 EUR = 4.37 PLN), the bid auctioned today is PLN 10.35 per kilogram.
Now all we can do is wait for the reaction of the Wednesday session of the VEZG stock exchange, which will also have a direct impact on prices in the country.
