According to data from the Chief Veterinary Inspectorate, 26 ASF outbreaks were confirmed in the wild boar population in Poland last week. Attention is drawn to the increasing number of cases in the Tricity area.
To some extent, this is logical, as the agglomeration has been struggling with the problem of an excessively large population of wild boars for a long time. Therefore, at high animal density, the disease will develop very quickly.
