How is support counted?
Beneficiaries of this funding can count on receiving support in the following amounts:
- PLN 1,000/ha* of crop area (including perennial grasslands where the stocking density of cattle, sheep, goats, horses or geese is at least 0.3 DJP/ha), in the case of which damage occurred as a result of drought in 2023 , hail, torrential rain, negative effects of wintering, spring frosts, floods, hurricanes, lightning, landslides or avalanches caused the loss of at least 70%. yield;
- PLN 500/ha* of crop area (including perennial grasslands where the stocking density of cattle, sheep, goats, horses or geese is at least 0.3 DJP/ha), for which damage occurred as a result of drought in 2023 , hail, torrential rain, negative effects of wintering, spring frosts, floods, hurricanes, lightning, landslides or avalanches caused the loss of at least 30%. and less than 70 percent yield;
- PLN 500/ha of the area of perennial grassland, where damage resulting from drought, hail, torrential rain, negative effects of overwintering, spring frosts, flood, hurricane, lightning, landslide or avalanche in 2023 resulted in the loss of at least 70 percent yield, and where the stocking density of cattle, sheep, goats, horses or geese is below 0.3 DJP/ha;
- PLN 250/ha of the area of perennial grasslands where damage resulting from drought, hail, torrential rain, negative effects of overwintering, spring frosts, flood, hurricane, lightning, landslide or avalanche in 2023 resulted in the loss of at least 30 percent and less than 70 percent yield, and where the stocking density of cattle, sheep, goats, horses or geese is below 0.3 DJP/ha.
Importantly, in the case of agricultural producers who do not have an insurance policy, at least 50 percent area of agricultural crops (excluding perennial grasslands), the support amount will be reduced by half.
*Does not apply to perennial grasslands where the stocking density of cattle, sheep, goats, horses or geese is less than 0.3 DJP/ha and to crops of fruit trees and shrubs or strawberries, where damage caused by spring frosts occurred in 2023 , hail or hurricane.
