From March 11 to 13, farmers announce a blockade of the A2 motorway at the junction in Wartkowice, and provincial road 703 at the entrance to the mentioned junction.
“On March 11-13, 2024, a planned farmers’ protest will take place in the Poddębice district. Officers will secure the assembly areas at all times. Traffic disruptions are expected during this time. We appeal to drivers to be particularly careful.” – we read in a statement from the Provincial Police Headquarters in Łódź.
As we learn, the protest of farmers from Łódź has been reported, and during the meeting the farmers will block the A2 motorway in Wartkowice in both directions – towards Poznań and Łódź. The tractors will also block provincial road 703 at the entrance to the Wartkowice junction. The highway is scheduled to be blocked in both directions from 10 a.m. on Monday to 10 a.m. on Wednesday. “Officers will ensure the safety of drivers and protesters.” – the Łódź Police promises.
