The Ministry of Agriculture reminds about an important date. If the farmer misses it, he will not receive subsidies.
Farmers who implemented the following practices under the “Carbon Agriculture and Nutrient Management” ecoscheme in 2023:
- Mixing manure on arable land within 12 hours of its application,
- Using natural liquid fertilizers using methods other than splashing,
they could confirm their implementation within specified dates by submitting an appropriate declaration to the head of the district office of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture or by taking geotagged photos.
In the event of failure to meet the deadlines, e.g. due to force majeure, declaration of practice implementation or geotagged photos taken may be submitted until the date of the decision.
Failure to meet this deadline will result in the farmer not receiving the subsidy due.
