Functionality of the so-called drought application still outrages farmers. After looking at the protocols or calculations generated for their farms, most of them rub their eyes with amazement. Not only do the protocols and calculations not reflect the actual situation, but many calculations also contain errors.
For example, the protocol shows that drought damage in individual crops ranges from 30% to 50%, with an average of 27%. However, the farmer has no animal production. It is clear that the calculations are wrong! There are quite a lot of such farmers.
What to do in this situation?
Therefore, the Wielkopolska Chamber of Agriculture asked the Provincial Office what farmers can do in this situation.
– We received a response via telephone that such problems do indeed occur and that in such a case a request for clarification and recalculation of losses should be submitted by e-mail – WIR informs.
