As every year, on March 15, the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture started accepting applications as part of the next subsidy campaign. In the first week, almost 23 thousand. farmers have already submitted applications.
- From March 15, 2024, you can apply for direct and area subsidies as part of the next campaign.
- Once again, you can apply for support only using the eWniosekPlus online application, available on the Electronic Services Platform.

Who can apply for subsidies?
Direct payments are available to professionally active farmers conducting agricultural activities. He must have land with an area of at least 1 ha. The land for which he wants to receive payments should be in his possession as of May 31, 2024. This support is also available to a farmer who has less than 1 ha of land but meets the conditions for granting animal-related payments, and the total amount of direct payments, that he would receive is at least EUR 200.
Minor changes in the new campaign
The catalog of payments that can be applied for in the campaign that is just starting is almost identical to that from 2023. As part of direct payments, in addition to, among others: basic income support or redistributive payment, co-financing under eco-schemes has been implemented since last year.
Some changes apply to those in 2024, e.g. additional variants have been introduced in the case of the welfare of animals bred in accordance with quality systems. You can still apply for transitional national support, and the so-called the area includes payments: agri-environment-climate, ecological, forestry and LFA.
The campaign lasts until May 15 this year, unless there are exceptions
Applications for subsidies with attachments are accepted until May 15, 2024. Traditionally, documents can also be delivered after this date, but for each working day of delay the payment will be reduced by 1%. In turn, corrections in applications without financial consequences can be made until May 31, 2024. After this date, payments for the areas affected by the changes will also be reduced by 1%. for each day of delay. Both for submitting applications and making modifications to them, the deadline for this year’s campaign is expected to be June 9, 2024, but since this is a Sunday, applications will be open until June 10.
