• From March 1 this year active PGG customers can buy coal and eco-pea coal PLN 250 per ton cheaper when they use the discount coupon granted as part of the Active Customer 2023 promotion in the PGG e-store.
• In accordance with the Regulations of the Active Customer 2023 Promotion, everyone who placed an order in the PGG SA online store in the period from September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023 and collected the ordered goods and agreed to receive marketing information received a discount coupon.
• Regular PGG customers can use discount coupons as part of the Active Customer 2023 promotion from March 1, 2024 to the end of June 2024.

Until February 29 this year, in order to collect the purchased coal, customers had to provide the courier or the staff of the Qualified Coal Supplier (KDW) warehouse with the necessary personal data, such as: PESEL number, paper documents – excise tax declaration, power of attorney to collect coal.

Additionally, persons authorized by customers who submitted excise declarations on behalf of the buyer had to provide their data.

From March 1 this year When collecting coal, it is enough to provide the courier or the staff of the Qualified Coal Supplier’s warehouse with the collection code. The invoice is available on the customer’s profile in the PGG e-store, and the excise tax declaration is included on the invoice.
