The price of wheat on MATIF is close to an almost four-year low
Wheat in the contract for delivery in March on MATIF increased by 0.3%. and cost EUR 184.00/t (PLN 793/t), and y/y the prices dropped by 32.9%.
The price of corn on the Paris Stock Exchange fell by 0.7% in the March contract. and amounted to EUR 172.25/t (PLN 743/t), and over the last year it decreased by 39.8%.
Wheat on CBOT is the cheapest since August 2020.
Wheat on CBOT fell by 4.5% in the March contract. and cost USD 191.52/t. On a y/y basis, the prices fell by 23.9%. The price of corn in the March delivery contract on the Chicago Stock Exchange increased by 1.1%. and amounted to USD 164.56/t, and over the last year it decreased by 34.9%.
