During the Polagra Premiery fair, the Kalchem company from Wielki Głęboczek in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship presented an 8-row pneumatic seeder from the Turkish company Toscano. It is a relatively new company on the Polish market.

The Kalchem company has been present on the market for over 20 years and is primarily known for selling Claas equipment. The company also sells equipment from companies such as Horsch, Sulky, Hardi and Pichon. The company has three locations: near Nowe Miasto Lubawskie, Żurominek and Ciechocinek.

Last year, Kalchem started cooperation with Dündarlar Makina, which offers pneumatic seed drills under the Toscano brand.

Kalchem has already presented its seed drills, among others: at Agritechnica, Agro Show, in Szepietowo and at last week’s Polagra Premiery.

The stand featured an 8-row telescopic folding pneumatic seeder for sowing beets and corn, combined with a Claas Arion 410. The tractor power requirements are 130 HP, the weight without fertilizer is 1,750 kg, and the distance between the units is 45 – 75 cm. The width of the machine is 5.8 m.

Kalchem’s offer also includes similar 6-row seed drills, as well as smaller 3- and 4-meter seeders. There are also 3-, 4- and 5.8-meter machines in versions from 4 to 12 rows.
