According to the announcements we wrote about at the end of last year, CEPIK is currently cleaning the so-called “dead souls”, i.e. vehicles that most likely do not exist and spoil the statistics. Preliminary findings show that there may be over 7 million such vehicles in the system, and their average age is 37 years.
